How long does it take to make my order?

Every item is custom-made to order.

Production time is approximately 3 business days before your order is shipped. During busy seasons or holidays, production may take a little longer, but we'll always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via Canada Post.

Estimated delivery times:

Quebec & Ontario: 1–3 business days
Most Canadian Provinces: 2–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

When will I receive my order?

Your total delivery time is:

3 business days (production) + Canada Post shipping time

For most Canadian customers, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days from the date they are placed.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Canada Post tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping times vary depending on your country and local customs processing.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each item is custom-made, changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

What if my package is delayed?

Once your order has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If you need assistance, we're happy to help.
